Anxiety Therapy in Ontario

Core Connections Psychology Centre provides therapy for anxiety, panic attacks, and stress for adults across Ontario. Our therapists use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand anxiety and create lasting change.

Anxiety often develops when your nervous system has had to adapt to stress, pressure, or difficult experiences over time. Even when life slows down, your body may still react as if danger is present.
