Therapy for Women
Life as a woman can bring unique challenges at every stage - from navigating relationships, career, and identity, to hormonal changes, pregnancy, and midlife transitions. At Core Connections Psychology Centre, we provide a safe, supportive space for women to explore emotional, physical, and relational challenges, and to build resilience, clarity, and connection.
We work with women in person in Collingwood and Newmarket, and virtually across Ontario, supporting clients through pre- and postnatal transitions, perimenopause, menopause, and other life changes.
