Therapy for Students
College and university can be exciting, but it can also be stressful, isolating, or overwhelming. Balancing academics, social life, family expectations, and personal growth can take a toll on mental health. At Core Connections Psychology Centre, we provide supportive therapy for students to navigate these challenges, build resilience, and develop a strong sense of self.
We work with students in person in Collingwood and Newmarket, and virtually across Ontario, helping young adults manage stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity development while thriving in school and beyond.
What is Therapy For Students
Student therapy is a supportive space for exploring the emotional, academic, and social challenges that arise during post-secondary life. It’s a safe environment to process stress, identity questions, relationship challenges, and personal growth, while learning tools to improve coping, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
