Adolescent Therapy
Helping teens feel seen, supported, and understood.
Adolescence is a time of enormous growth and transition. Teens are figuring out who they are, how they fit in the world, and how to manage intense emotions, changing relationships, and growing independence. It can be exciting—and also confusing, overwhelming, and lonely.

In adolescent therapy, we create a safe, respectful space where your teen can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. We help them better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional regulation, and develop tools to navigate the challenges they face—whether it's anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school stress, identity, or family conflict.

Therapy may support your teen to:

-
Make sense of big feelings and find healthier ways to cope
-
Build self-awareness and a more compassionate inner voice
-
Strengthen communication and boundaries in relationships
-
Navigate identity development, peer pressure, or school stress
-
Repair and deepen family connection during this critical stage

Our approach is relational, non-pathologizing, and attuned to each teen’s unique strengths and challenges. The goal is not to “fix” your teen—but to walk alongside them as they learn how to understand and care for themselves in a deeper, more grounded way.
